Respawn pushed two waves of fixes on August 11, 2026 — an initial update followed by a second push at 9 PM PT — covering animation, audio, minimap, and balance issues alongside one emergency removal.

What changed

Initial update:

  • Mythic CAR reload animations now display correctly
  • Hemlok Breach AR recoil now behaves as intended
  • The World's Edge minimap accurately reflects player location
  • Lifeline's Tactical audio now plays correctly when other HP regeneration is active
  • Bloodhound no longer respawns with a fully charged Ultimate

Second update (9 PM PT):

  • Seer's stun turn slow was erroneously increased rather than decreased; it has been corrected and is now less impactful than what players experienced at the end of last season

Temporarily removed:

  • The button to call down a Care Package at Lifeline's Clinic POI has been disabled after it was found to cause a crash; Respawn states they are working on a fix and will communicate when it is resolved

The Seer correction is the most consequential change for competitive play, while the disabled Clinic Care Package button represents an ongoing issue players will need to work around until Respawn restores it.
