Blue Protocol: Star Resonance Launches Season 4 'Lightchase Oath'

Season 4 of Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, titled 「Lightchase Oath」, is now underway, bringing a structured calendar of content unlocks running from early October through late December.

What changed

Three new areas unlock on October 8:

• Montegnor Valley — towering cliffs, forests, waterfalls, and an unspecified threat described as lurking within.
• Rize Trade Route — a canyon-and-woodland corridor connecting the Asterleeds Highlands to the Evergreen Desert.
• Melisoth River Basin — a moonlit valley of layered cliffs and crystal-clear rivers.

Timed events and rewards:

• Lightchase Oath Season Pass I runs Oct. 8 – Nov. 16; completing it yields the Fantasy Mage Outfit Set.
• Season 4 and Anniversary Special Login Rewards run Oct. 8 – Dec. 20, distributed daily via login.
• Stellar Paths event runs Oct. 8 – Nov. 23; playing eligible modes accumulates Star Traces redeemable for rewards.
• Login rewards tied to the season's start are delivered via in-game mail within two business days.

A narrative thread also arrives with the season: the Fagaro Traveling Troupe — comprising Wirda, Sleht, Triban, and Lerahha — and a story involving a mysterious nightly melody outside Lallipar, leading characters into Montegnor Valley.

For active players, Season 4 represents the densest content window since launch, with three simultaneous map additions and overlapping reward tracks that incentivize daily and weekly engagement through late December.
