Crimson Desert Patch 1.18.02 Fixes Camp UI, Silver Reset, and Input Freeze
A small but targeted update addresses four bugs that could disrupt progression and responsiveness in Crimson Desert.
Version 1.18.02 for Crimson Desert has rolled out on both Steam (PC) and Steam (Mac), bringing four bug fixes to the open-world action title.
What changed
- Camp resources UI: The comrade count was incorrectly displaying as 0; this is now corrected.
- Silver reset bug: Completing the quest "A Secret Deal" could wipe a player's silver holdings in certain save files — that data loss scenario has been addressed.
- Movement animation stutter: Unnatural or stuttering character animations during movement have been fixed.
- Shop input freeze: Characters could become unresponsive after using a shop under specific circumstances; the issue has been resolved.
No new content or additional changes are listed in the patch notes. The developer notes that known issues exist separately and directs players to an external FAQ.
For most players the silver reset fix is the most consequential entry here — economy-disrupting bugs tied to specific quests can quietly poison a save file, and having it caught this early limits the damage.
