Happy Endings

The October Update for Happy Endings is live on the Steam beta branch as of 3 October 2026, inviting players to stress-test a wide range of additions before they reach the main release.

What changed

Artwork & body-size support

  • Small and large bust artwork now covers significantly more service scenes, with fixes for animation outlines, overlaps, and gaps.

Performance

  • Scene rendering uses substantially less graphics memory.
  • Autosaving is lighter when a player holds a large collection of custom outfits or scenes.
  • Background play, interface updates, and leaderboard syncing have been made more efficient.

Scene Builder & Scene Market

  • A pixel editor called the GLAMOUR KIT lets players remix learned service scenes — editing background, customer, and performer separately, adjusting animation speed and framing, then sharing or downloading community creations.

Wardrobe & cosmetics

  • Thirteen outfits added since launch, including Star Princess, French Maid, Goth, Shrine Maiden, Knight Armor, Panda, and Pop Idol, each supporting all three body fits.
  • Bunny Specs and the Panda Hat join available headwear.
  • Twin Braids and Space Buns added to the salon, with fitted hairstyle artwork across the scene catalogue.
  • Six Halloween designs available via the Community Wardrobe: Ghost Bride, Harvest Scarecrow, Midnight Witch, Pumpkin Spell, Skeleton Masquerade, and Vampire Countess.

Outfit Workshop

  • No cap on saved custom creations; outfits now automatically follow the wearer's chosen color; Community Wardrobe browsing reaches all published designs.

Steam Cloud Saves

  • Parlor progress can travel between PCs via a Steam account, with a local recovery copy kept on each machine and save selection prioritizing progression.

For players who have accumulated custom content or play across multiple machines, this build addresses two of the most practical friction points the game has had since launch.
