Moonlight Peaks Launches With Deluxe Edition and Week-One Discount
The vampire farming sim has left early access behind, bringing full character customization, gothic homebuilding, and romance candidates to Steam.
After years of development, Moonlight Peaks is now available on Steam. Publisher XSEED announced the launch on July 7, 2026, framing it as the full realization of a "sweet-and-spooky" life-simulation experience.
What's included at launch
- Character creation with what the announcement describes as "creeptastic" customization tools
- Gothic home building, including control down to floor tiles
- Farming mechanics covering crops and livestock
- Romance candidates — previously teased but now accessible in the full release
- A collectible mechanic centered on "Soul Blobs"
Editions and pricing
Alongside the standard version, a Digital Deluxe Edition is available for $44.97, bundling the base game with a digital art book and digital soundtrack. Both extras will also be sold separately at a later, unspecified date.
For the launch window — July 7 through July 13 — all versions, including the Deluxe Edition, carry a 15% discount on Steam.
For players who have followed the game through its development period, the full release finally opens up the complete roster of systems that were previously out of reach — most notably, the romance candidates the community had been anticipating.
