PUBG Global Series 7 Survival Stage Underway in Shanghai

The PUBG Global Series has left Seoul. Circuit 3 — spanning PGS 7, 8, and 9 — is now live in Shanghai, China, running August 5–23, 2026, with 24 teams competing for a combined prize pool of $500,000.

Today, August 6, marks the Survival Stage of PGS 7, where 16 teams are contesting five matches. The top eight advance to the Final Stage; the bottom eight are eliminated.

Circuit 3 at a glance

Tournament format (PGS 7)

PGS 7 opened with a Group Stage on August 5, dividing all 24 teams into three groups across nine matches. The top 16 progressed to the Winners Stage; the bottom 8 dropped to the Survival Stage. From the Winners Stage, the top 8 advanced directly to the Final Stage with Advantage Points, while the remaining 8 joined the Survival Stage pool.

The Final Stage runs August 8–9 over 10 matches across two days.

With PGS Points doubling from this circuit onward, the results of the next three weeks will carry disproportionate weight in determining which teams reach PGC 2026.
