Transformation Tycoon

Transformation Tycoon's V1.0.0 update, published 12 August 2026 by author Aileen, marks a meaningful narrative milestone for the game while delivering a handful of practical interface and audio improvements.

What changed

Story content

  • Four existing story client arcs — Private Eyes, Always Watching You; Lady V; The Undercroft of Desire; and Janice Payne, Corporate Spy — each receive one additional client, concluding their storylines.
  • A new community-submitted story client, The Phoenix Queen, has been added. Written by Miles4, it spans three parts.
  • A new random client — a man-into-velociraptor/lawnmower hybrid — was contributed by community member Speedemon.

Interface and controls

  • Holding Shift now increments or decrements values by 5; holding Control adjusts duration by 5 or 25. This applies to the Advertisement day length, Crystal ordering, and Advanced crystal restocking panels.
  • Crystal quantity text on the order supplies panel no longer clips at values above 99 — it now scales to a smaller font size instead.

Audio

  • Custom sound effects have been added for save confirmations, covering manual saves, quicksaves, and autosaves.
  • Audio pooling now allows certain sound effects to play as multiple simultaneous instances.

Bug fixes

  • A fix resolves LeanTween exhausting available spaces, which had been degrading performance and breaking animations.

For players following any of the four concluded arcs, the update delivers closure, while the keyboard modifier shortcuts should meaningfully reduce friction during routine resource management.
