NARAKA: BLADEPOINT Bans 71 Accounts, Rewards Player Who Reported Cheaters
NARAKA: BLADEPOINT's development team has published its ban list for the period of August 10–16, confirming that 71 accounts were banned for cheating or hacking during that window.
What changed
- 71 players banned between August 10 and August 16.
- A new cheat-reporting reward program has been introduced, offering in-game items to players who successfully report cheaters.
- One player — listed as L*s.Basil** — successfully reported a cheater during the period and received a reward.
- The team recommends using the in-game report system to ensure reports are logged and credited correctly.
Reporting reward tiers
- 1 successful report: one reward item
- 10 successful reports with a low misreport rate: ten reward items
- Many successful reports or outstanding anti-cheat contributions: the Legendary spear skin Righteous Polearm
The announcement stresses reporting "reasonably" to maintain detection efficiency, implying that low-quality or false reports may not count toward thresholds.
For players on Morus Isle, the practical upshot is straightforward: the developer is now attaching a tangible, tiered incentive to the act of flagging cheaters, while continuing to publish weekly ban tallies as a measure of public accountability.
