Mina the Hollower 1.0.6 Delivers Sweeping Fixes Across Combat, Traversal, and Modifiers
Yacht Club Games has released version 1.0.6 (build r148641) for Mina the Hollower, a patch notable less for any single fix than for the sheer breadth of issues it closes out.
What changed
New additions:
- Autoscroll level design changes
- Hold the ability button on the title screen for 1.5 seconds to swap between title screens (requires prior unlock)
- Option to assign Shield Toss to the ability input
Selected fixes:
- Lionel, Willow the Wisp, and Congealed damage adjustments
- Frostack body segments now play their death animation when the head falls into a pit
- Congealed hitbox corrected on frame 1 of its reform animation
- Charge Lantern damage fixed at 120fps
- A modifier interaction could convert Manor window effects into Septemburg lightning zones and send Mina to what the patch notes call "electric hell" — resolved
- Beast/NGP modifier unlock issues tied to cheat use corrected
- Item shuffler no longer withholds fishing trophies from Durwin (applies to new save slots only)
- Multiple out-of-bounds exploits closed: Mansion, Black Hole, and Burrow Wall
- Raft HUD and wall-pushing issues fixed
- Play time no longer stops accruing when entering the final generator
- Permanently losing a spark orb and respawning inside walls in the Gut Depths both addressed
- Localization and palette-related visual corrections included
The cumulative effect is a meaningfully more stable build — particularly for players using modifiers or pushing into late-game content, where several of the more consequential bugs were concentrated.
