Escape from Tarkov Launches Twitch Drops for Kord Breach Season One
Escape from Tarkov's Kord Breach season has begun, and Battlestate Games is marking the occasion with a Twitch Drops campaign starting August 5.
What's on offer
The campaign divides into two distinct tracks:
Global Drops (August 5–17, 2:00 PM BST / 9:00 AM EDT)
- Watch any stream in the Escape from Tarkov category on Twitch to earn reward containers
- Containers come in three rarity tiers: Common, Rare, and Epic
- Containers are granted only to your seasonal character
- Requires a Twitch account, an active copy of the game, and a linked Twitch-to-game-profile connection
Subscription Rewards (August 5–8 only)
- Unlocked by purchasing five paid subscriptions — regular or gifted — to streamers live in the Escape from Tarkov category
- Rewards: Hot Rod beverage cooler bag, Loui Peeton deluxe wallet, and a Twitch rare dogtag case
- All three items are permanent, survive character resets, and work across PvE, PvP, and Season modes
- Free subscriptions (Amazon Prime, Bits, and similar) do not count; gifted subs credit the purchaser, not the recipient; renewals do count
- Each account — both Twitch and BSG — can claim the rewards only once
The split structure draws a clear line between casual viewers, who can earn seasonal loot simply by watching, and those willing to spend on subscriptions, who receive permanent account-wide items regardless of which mode they play.
