This was a massive undertaking, so you might encounter some bugs and issues during these early days. If you run into anything, please let me know! A quick description of what happened and when will help me track it down and fix it as soon as possible. I’m confident this move will make the game much better in the long run. Hey everyone! My last update post was on August 29, that doesn't mean updates have stopped though, so there's quite a bit to catch up on :) First off, thanks again for all the feedback, reviews and bug reports. I read everything. The good stuff, the frustrations, the suggestions, all of it. Quite a few changes below started with someone pointing out something that wasn't working properly or just wasn't fun to deal with. Here's what I've been working on since that last post: - More things to do around the casino. Casino Activities now includes short trials of special poker and blackjack formats, repeatable rival matches, and three-stage Casino Runs where you choose safer or bolder challenges and decide whether to bank your score or keep going. - More help learning the games. The Academy now covers all five games, with interactive practice for blackjack and roulette. There are also optional warm-ups before heading to the tables, with clearer instructions about what each exercise actually asks you to do. - Better conversations and more character stories. I went through Table Talk and phone conversations across all 50 characters. Personal questions should get more personal answers, follow-ups should make more sense, and replies should better match what you actually chose. There are also eight optional encounters with familiar casino faces, including little challenges, choices and follow-ups. - More complete translations. Conversation, phone and career-story text is now translated across all 30 supported languages. I've also corrected confusing wording and inconsistent terms…

Thank you for all the feedback since August 24. I have been reading your bug reports, comments and suggestions, and a lot of them are already reflected in the live build. Here is the short version of what changed. The casino has more life Free prize draws now return every hour of play, and every third draw has a much larger top prize. Guests at your table now have their own bankrolls and their own evening. They win, lose and leave, while the casino floor gets busier and quieter as the night moves on.A guest may stand up mid-hand and tell the table they are heading to the draw. If you try to leave during your first hour before seeing one, the game asks once if you want to stay for it. The casino manager now reacts to the actual result of your first free spin. Career progress keeps moving Ambitions no longer run out. Completing one unlocks a larger target, and all twelve ambition families are now organized into tabs. Five new career titles fill previously quiet stretches of the Road to Legend. Legend levels now check both XP and the bankroll you are holding. This is only a threshold, not a fee, so it never spends your chips. If a level is waiting on your bankroll, the progress bar says so directly. Fixes requested by playersTurning Dealer Voice off now keeps it off, even after changing the sound-effects volume. Controller navigation and focus now behave properly in Profile and other menus. Popups no longer block controls behind them, and the stake picker, Profile ledger and poker room list now fit shorter displays without hiding content. Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian and…

Casino Legends Launches Casino Career With Five Games and 50 AI Opponents

Casino Career, a new addition to the Casino Legends title, is out now on Steam. The game comes from Pflanz, the solo developer behind Pinch Games — the same studio responsible for Chess Kingdom and Checkers Kingdom.

What's included

  • Five casino games: Texas Hold'em, Blackjack, Roulette, Slots, and Baccarat
  • 50 AI opponents, each described as having a distinct play style and personality
  • No subscriptions or microtransactions, consistent with the developer's stated approach across their catalogue
  • Bundle discounts available for players who already own Chess Kingdom or Checkers Kingdom

The developer considered Early Access but concluded that a project of this scope would not generate sufficient feedback through that route, opting instead for a direct full release.

Because Pflanz is working alone, the practical implication is a tight feedback loop: reviews and bug reports feed directly into a single person's patch queue, which the developer says allows fixes to move quickly once a problem is identified.

For players wary of casino-adjacent games built on recurring costs, the absence of subscriptions and microtransactions is the clearest differentiator the developer points to.
