Developer MadeRZ has pushed what is described as a major update to Construction Company, touching a wide range of existing and newly introduced systems. In a candid note accompanying the release, the developer acknowledged that the breadth of changes means issues cannot be ruled out, and that a temporary version rollback remains on the table if critical bugs emerge.

• Italian language support has been added
• Personal Office: players can now enter their own office and use a sofa to speed up time
• Computer and application system: a new in-game interface unlocks at Company Level 10, housing three distinct applications:
  • CrewLink — a subcontractor system for searching, hiring, managing offers, and viewing active contracts
  • TenderBoard — a bidding system where players prepare offers, adjust contract terms, and compete for larger projects
  • BuildPermit — a licensing system for obtaining and upgrading company authorization levels to access more demanding projects
• Garage upgrade: a new upgrade tier raises maximum warehouse capacity to 13,000 units and vehicle limit to 450 units
• Groundwork has been laid for a future warehouse NPC and related features; materials for tender projects are currently purchased from the preparation window at average market price, with a more complete rework planned
