Perfect Circle Team has shipped Patch Notes #32 for Police Chief Simulator, a collection of targeted fixes drawn from player-reported issues.

What changed

  • Registration Couch clipping — NPCs known as Customers no longer clip into the couch geometry.
  • Speed Gun softlock — hiding the tool mid-animation no longer locks the player out of further interaction.
  • Taser misclassification — the Taser was incorrectly flagged as a firearm and blocked by the Gun Ban system; it no longer is.
  • Post-ragdoll NPC recovery — NPCs were struggling to stand up after ragdoll events; this has been corrected.
  • Disappearing cursor — the cursor no longer vanishes on in-game computer screens.
  • Double fining — a scenario existed where vehicles could be fined twice; that loophole is closed.
  • Lighting and bloom — minor visual tweaks applied.

The studio also noted that another patch was in preparation at the time of publishing, expected within hours of this release.

For players who encountered any of these edge cases — particularly the Speed Gun softlock or the Taser being stripped away by Gun Ban — the path through those scenarios should now be unobstructed.
