Frozen Ship Update 0.2.113 Overhauls Ship Controls, Combat, and Hospital Systems

Frozen Ship's update 0.2.113, published 27 August 2026, arrives as one of the more wide-ranging patches the early-access survival game has seen, addressing long-standing friction points from ship navigation to hospital management.

What changed

Ship & Controls

• A new control terminal, positioned opposite the captain's chair, adds direct control over ship movement.
• Ship pathfinding has been reworked; the vessel should no longer become stuck on rocks between locations.
• The electronic compass can now be enabled at any point via game settings.
• Temperature units and the crouch key are both now rebindable.

Interface & Convenience

• Quick-transfer buttons speed up moving items to storage.
• Game time pauses during dialogues and trading.
• The item interaction interface has been updated when viewing descriptions.

Hospital

• The medkit interface for treating sick patients has been reworked.
