Majestria v1.0.4 Lets Skills Carry Over Stages, Surfaces God Reputation
The Persistence Update addresses two of incremental survival's core frustrations: builds that reset and progress that stays hidden.
Majestria: Incremental Survival's latest patch reshapes how a run accumulates power. Previously, skills apparently reset between stages — a structural problem the developer has now reversed outright.
What changed
Added
- Skill Persistence: Skills now carry over between stages within a run, letting builds compound rather than restart.
- XP Overflow: Excess XP earned beyond the skill pick limit now converts into permanent base hero stat increases for that run.
- Visible Reputation: God Reputation and its associated permanent bonuses are now displayed in the UI.
Rebalanced
- Skill acquisition now uses a per-stage pick budget to prevent the skill pool from being exhausted.
Fixed
- A crash triggered by pressing F12 for a Steam screenshot.
- A bug where maxed-out skills vanished and failed to reappear in subsequent stages.
- Minor GUI improvements and stability fixes.
The developer also notes that stage selection currently works through a tavern bulletin board — described in the source as represented by a Wooden Bunny Bro — and flags a full save and progression system as actively in development, alongside balance refinements for existing heroes, new heroes, and a new permanent cross-run reward system.
For players who found earlier runs disposable, Skill Persistence changes the fundamental calculus: the shape of a build now survives long enough to matter.
