Tormentum II Launches After Eight Years of Development
OhNoo Studio's long-gestating sequel arrives alongside an artbook DLC and a collection bundle.
Eight years is an unusual development cycle by any measure, and OhNoo Studio acknowledges as much in the announcement accompanying today's release of Tormentum II.
What launched
- Tormentum II (AppID 931060) — the main game, now available on Steam
- The Tormentum II Artbook — a DLC companion release
- Tormentum Collection Bundle — a bundle packaging related entries in the series
The studio also published a launch trailer and brought a new website online at ohnoo.com.
OhNoo credits a range of external contributors for making multiple language versions possible, and notes that additional localizations are still in progress — so the release is not fully complete on that front.
Bug reports are being actively solicited via the Steam forums. The studio states it will read every report, respond promptly, and ship fixes on a regular cadence — a practical caveat worth noting for anyone inclined to play immediately after a launch of this scale.
For players who have followed the project, the wait is over; for those new to the series, the collection bundle offers a way to enter at the beginning.
