Wonderia v0.5.8.2116 Eases Survival Pressure With Food, Crafting, and Multiplayer Fixes

Wonderia's latest patch, authored by shido and published 24 July 2026, addresses survival pacing, base layout, equipment economy, and a notable multiplayer imbalance — all areas the developer cites as heavy sources of community feedback.

What changed

Food & resource costs

• Food no longer drains passively over time, reducing pressure during extended expeditions, building sessions, and inventory management.
• Repair material cost multiplier dropped from 50% to 35%.
• Crafting costs reduced across three swords: Copper (15 → 12 Copper Ingots), Tin (Ingots 20 → 16, Bones 20 → 12), and Hematite (Flame Cores 20 → 16).

Durability adjustments

• Tin-tier tools and weapons raised to 300 durability; Hematite-tier to 400 (Hematite Pickaxe to 450).
• Copper Pickaxe raised to 200; Copper Hoe and Shovel adjusted to 175.

Vendor pricing (Rohen)

• Bandages now sold in bundles of 5 at a reduced total price of 500 (down from 600), cutting the per-unit cost from 200 to 100.
• Compressed Biscuits now sold in bundles of 5 at the same total price of 1,000, cutting the per-unit cost from 1,000 to 200.

Base building (QoL)

• Workstation auto-pull range for crafting materials extended by one tile in every direction; the range indicator's size and appearance have also been corrected.

Multiplayer

• Non-host players now receive 100% of Skill Points when donating items, up from 50%.

Taken together, the patch meaningfully lowers the friction of day-to-day survival while closing a structural gap that had disadvantaged anyone not hosting a session.
