The Séance of Blake Manor Patch 1.1.12.360 Fixes UI, Input, and Journal Bugs
Raw Fury's Helen has posted a dual release for The Séance of Blake Manor: a demo update (1.1.2.337) that brings the free version in line with the full game, and Patch 1.1.12.360 for the full release carrying a substantial list of fixes and additions.
What changed
UI & settings additions
- V-Sync can now be toggled off from the Options menu
- A target frame rate option has been added
- The hotspot interaction cycle binding has moved to Q
- Double-click to skip dialogue is now available as an option
- An option to disable dialogue skipping entirely has been added
- Record and Discussable screen categories now share a consistent ordering
- Guest names are sorted by last name
Bug fixes
- Fixed a visual error on the how-to-play screen background; scroll sensitivity there has been increased
- Hourglass tutorial window now functions correctly when Tutorial Mode is set to Press
- Time data no longer carries over when loading a save from the main menu
- Journal no longer gets stuck on specific mindmaps after forced tutorial navigation
- Inputs no longer activate during the first-time user experience when alt-tabbing out and back in
- Mouse clicks no longer register while the Steam overlay is open
- AM/PM display on the timetable screen now works for cultures using different characters
- Multiple hypothesis considerations no longer trigger on button spam
- Monument position on the maze map has been corrected
- F5 Quick Save is blocked on the Title Screen
- Varley-related discussable items now appear only after the player has met him
