Resources give a generous amount of exp when farming tiles, this update makes it so you cant place a resource tile don't and re-farm it for exp Also Separated VSync from low graphics

Added vSync off toggle to low graphics added fall particles for when player falls. adjusted max fall damage as well.

Added Lighting to low graphics as well, this should take a huge strain off the game.
