War Thunder's 233rd Screenshot Competition Calls for Combat Shots

The 233rd edition of the War Thunder Steam Screenshot Competition is now open, themed Live Fire — entries must depict a vehicle actively firing its armament.

What changed / what's required

• Theme: Any vehicle, any perspective, but the vehicle must be shown firing its weapon.
• Submission tag: #WTscreen233 — the title field must contain only this tag, nothing else.
• Deadline: 24 July 2026.
• Winners: Six total — three chosen by community votes (highest-rated), three chosen by Gaijin judges.
• Reward: 300 GE per winner, delivered within 14 working days.
• Repeat-win limit: A participant may only win via popular vote once per four consecutive competitions.
• Screenshot rules: Must be raw, unedited captures from the game. No external editing software or visual enhancement tools (such as Nvidia Ansel filters). In-game filters, settings, and the built-in replay system are permitted.
• Originality: Screenshots must be new and must not have appeared in prior publications or competitions.
