Borderlands 4 Version 1.10 Adds New Vault Hunter, Two DLC Drops, and Level Cap Rise

The September 10 Version 1.10 update for Borderlands 4 is live and free for all players, arriving alongside a cluster of paid expansions on the same day.

What changed

Free for all players

• Maximum level cap raised by 10, from 60 to 70, granting additional skill points across all Vault Hunter builds
• Buffs and balance adjustments for all base-game Vault Hunter classes, including "big damage increases" for Rafa the Exo-Soldier's APOPHIS Lance

• Loveless the Hacker — a new playable Vault Hunter usable across the full game — $9.99 USD
• Story Pack 2: FL4K and the Last Resort — new missions, activities, loot, and the region Providence — $19.99 USD
• Bounty Pack 5: Amara and the Vile Shadows — narrative content, gear, and the Vile Test Chamber repeatable boss rush — $5.99 USD
• Bounty Pack 5: Vault Card 5 — cosmetics and gear unlocked through gameplay — $5.99 USD
