• Scarlett — receives broad base-stat buffs (Health, Physical Armor, Health Regen, Physical Power Growth) plus ability improvements across Ashen Vow, First Intent, and Minueta, including lower energy costs and higher damage potential.
• Serath — Heaven's Fury On-Hit Modifier reduced from 40% to 35%.
• Shinbi — Line Tempo damage and Magical Power Scaling both reduced.

Item balance

• Cursed Scroll loses 5 Physical Armor (50 → 45).
• Overlord's cost rises from 2900 to 3000.

Bug fixes

• Three separate Satariel's Broken Wings interactions corrected: Serath could not trigger Heresy, Legion's Rally Point failed to grant ammo, and players could become immune to Narbash's Ultimate effects.
• Items no longer disappear from view after a disconnect.
